1st time we visited, very impressed with the atmosphere. Had the Fat Tony Burger, by far, the best burger I have ever had. My wife had the Lamb Chops, she said they were cooked to perfection and were the best Lamb she has had. Some say overpriced, I say you get what you pay for and, because of the quality and taste of their food, I have no problem with their prices. The service was exceptional. Definitely will return, numerous times if I have any say
Really top notch! The decor is exquisite, the cigar bar is cozy, like sitting home in your own living room! Great cigar selection. We had the Cuban and wings and was very pleased with the food, especially the Cuban! Bar stools are super comfy and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! We'll definitely be returning!

Visiting from Florida… and my cousin introduced us to this place. My husband is a cigar aficionado and he said this was really nice. This is really a good addition for this lil ole town of Weirton. It brings some great culture to Weirton. Now let me talk about the service, the bartender Krystin is awesome, the gir, Gabby, working in the cigar is super sweet, patient and professional. Met the owner Eli, very nice and accommodating. The Soprano steak wrap delish. All in all this place is a 10+++!

6pm on a Saturday night, out of beer battered fish. So I ordered grilled chicken with green beans and sweet potato tots. Everyone received their food but me. Waited so long for my food that my sister and husband offered me part of theirs. I swear it was 15 minutes, no exaggeration. When the plate came out, my waitress stopped, looked at it, sent it back because there were fries instead of tots. Waited another few minutes. No apologies, no discount, took a few bites, but everyone was finished so I just boxed mine up. I dont know why we made reservations, the restaurant part was pretty empty. TVs everywhere, but the bar was empty on a college football night. The cigar bar had a few people, but in my opinion, that novelty will wear off soon. For my first visit I gave a good review, even though his steak was half fat and they were out of sweet butter for sweet potato fries in the early afternoon. As with every bad review, I wish there was a 0 star option.

Dylise was an excellent server!
The food was not impressive. Two dry burgers that were bland and one was missing the cheese. I suppose the over easy egg that is advertised on many of the burgers is to hide the fact that the ground meat is unseasoned and dry.
The dining area is clean and the restrooms are well kept.

High-class restaurant, excellent service, delicious food, everything is clean. The hummus and grape leaves are simple and delicious. Highly recommended. You can't visit West Virginia without going to this restaurant.

I wanted to love this place. I am not a cigar smoker, but thought the idea was really niche and a good idea for the area and thought cuban food is not something you see often here, so I went to check out the food and just see what it was about. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love it; I didn't. The waitress was lovely, attentive, and sweet natured, the atmosphere is calm and trying very hard to give up upscale, but just didn't quite hit the mark. I will say it was very clean, seriously, it had the cleanest public restroom I have seen, so definitely winning there. This is where the winning stops. The menu at its best is upscale bar food. Alot of the names and descriptions on the menu describe Cuban food, but the food actually presented is not. I ordered a steak salad with oil and vinegar dressing, my friend had a chicken salad with ranch and Cuban dusted fries. The chicken salad gives you and option of crispy or grilled. She opted for the crispy. When it came, the chicken was a Tysons frozen chicken patty someone put in the fryer cut up in bite size pieces and tossed on top of the salad. My steak, while cooked exactly right, had zero flavor. Straight up tasted like oil. Both salads were made out of wilted, slightly brown iceberg lettuce, 3 small pieces of cucumber
, 2 cherries tomatoes halved, 3 green cherries tomatoes halved, a bunch of purple onion, a tablespoon of pre shredded (like the kind u get from great value) cheese, and 3 slivers of shaved carrot. My dressing was oil and vinger. There was no vinegar in there. It was a straight cup of evoo. No flavor or seasoning anywhere. Not on the steak, not in the dressing. Nothing. I actually picked the steak out salted and peppered at the table and put A1 on it just to have flavor. Did not finish the salad part at all. My friend did not eat her chicken and ate 1/2 the salad part and pushed it away. The Cuban dusted fries when we asked we were told the dust was a sweet with a spicy back kick. It was a whole bunch of dry wing dust on top of some oily soggy fries. We love potatoes and didn't even eat half the plate.

We then decided maybe try dessert, trying to find something worth coming back for. I literally said to my friend "it is difficult to find a good dessert around here and theirs sounds "fancy" let's give it a try and just see if they can redeem themselves.

I can't remember the exact names of the deserts, but it was something like bannana foster cheesecake and mine was suppose to a tres Leche cake. The description of the cheesecake indicates that the bannanas on the cheesecake are to be caramelized and then drizzled in bourbon. What we got was a piece of frozen new York cheese cake with cold bannanas cut up placed on top, with Hershey syrup drizzled over the top and a quick squirter of readi whip. NO bourbon, no carmelization anywhere. My tres Leche cake was described as a chocolate tres Leche cake with melted chocolate over the top a cinnamon mocha liqoure that was to be poured over top table side. What I got was a piece of very dry crumbly white Duncan Hines cake, with prepackaged cream cheese frosting, hershey's chocolate syrup and caramel syrup drizzled under the cake directly on the plate. A quick squirter of reddi whip, and a huge dusting of cinnamon spice. When I questioned the waitress as to why it wasn't chocolate, where is the tables idea liquore service? She looked confused and just said that is the cake. Neither of these are as described or what we ordered. She agreed and did refund our dessert.

About 10 mins after leaving and being in the car both of us felt heavy in the stomach and indigestion, which is weird from a salad. We believe it was all the oil on the chicken, steak, and my dressing.

I want you to succeed. I think more businesses need to around here, but if you are going to you need to ensure your head chef is purchasing the proper high end ingredients, understands the menu, and cares that his product matches or exceeded the description provided. A restaurant lives and dies by a well trained, attentive chef.

First of all. I want this place to succeed. I really do. That being said here are some things they need to change. First if all, take down the Tony Montana thug life stuff in the walls. Class it up a bit, it doesn't serve the Cuban community well by hanging stereotypical gangster stuff up in an establishment that should be celebrating its cigar culture. Focus on that cigar culture by putting up things that promote it. Food. I ve been there about half a dozen times and have tried multiple items hoping to find a bright spot. I haven't. Pretty mediocre selection and nothing that jumps out at you. Seasoning is bland in most items and uninspired . Bar. Pretty decent selection but bartenders, although pleasant, need to up their game. They just need more experience and serve drinks that look and taste great. Attention to detail is everything and a good experienced bartender could mentor the others to up the presentation and mixology skills . Cigar lounge. That's is the high point . Nice area, good selection, great ventilation system . Prices fair. Staff in general pretty good. Intially had some issues but being new I'll give you some time to work that out. Now I think they are about 75% of what they should be. Places like these ..and I've been to quite a few.. should have you leaving them like you were just a part of something very special. Right now it have the feel of an upscale Chili's with a nice cigar section. If your going to drop 100 dollars after a meal, drink and cigar you want to leave feeling like " Yeah, that was worth it". Right now I don't but hope it will. Cigar bars are a niche market and have to really key in on the quality and experience so that it can bring in new customers and hold old ones. They should be destination s sought out for a special time or just a refuge from the daily grind. I'm pulling for this place. I really am. All these observations are easily manageable by dedication and focus on what the experience should be.

It’s a joke. It’s nothing Cuban about his place. We order a calamari appetizer and it maybe had 6 rings. There’s no real Cuban food on the menu not even a Cuban sandwich which is the signature of a Cuban restaurant.
Don’t bother coming to eat Cuban food. It’s just over priced bar food.
Cigar lounge looks nice.

I had an absolute game-changer experience at Havana nights, From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was sophisticated and inviting, with a top-notch selection of cigars and expertly crafted cocktails to match. But what truly stole the show was the food - every bite was a masterclass in flavor and technique. The service was impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who knew their stuff when it came to both the menu and the cigar selection. Whether you're a foodie, a cigar aficionado, or just looking for a great night out, Havana nights is an absolute must-visit. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could. Can't wait to come back and do it all again. Thank you guys.

A few WV friends highly recommended Havana Nights. Certainly, the food and service was 10/10. The Cuban Buffalo Burger & Fries were excellent. Everyone else at the table: battered cod (10/10,) Salmon Bombs, asparagus , orzo (10/10) and House Burger (10/10.) However, the "not even close" mojito (2/10) and the Cafe Cubano was simply weak, American black coffee. Our server, Gia was awesome, though the back up staff could have assisted with pulling dinner plates before desserts arrived - most of the staff were behind the scenes on their phones or chatting amongst each other. Every table and bar seat was filled. Pricing was very reasonable; food quality did surpass pricing. Elevate the beverage quality and unify the serving staff and Havana Nights would be a resounding 10/10 every time.
(Side note: the mojito was graciously removed from bill after only 2 sips.)

Stopped by today for the first time. The decor and ambiance is great. We had Ally as our bartender, she had great interpersonal skills and very attentive. Our drinks were on point however the food was not. We had an order of wings and a triple patty burger. The wings were not too meaty and were overly sauced. We ordered our hamburger medium and it came out well done, dry and luke warm. The meat lacked any flavor and was a disappointment. Also, the fries accompanying the burger were cold, however were promptly replaced. Both Ally and Krystal at the bar made a great first impression. Will definitely stop by again for drinks in the future and maybe try something else on the menu.

Havana Nights provides an interesting and different dynamic to the Weirton scene. Though newly opened and adjusting to the normal growing pains of new establishments, the dining experience was very good. The space is open, large, and inviting.

For cigar aficionados, there is a generous area glassed off for the lounge portion with neatly arranged, conversational seating.

There is also a large, well-apportioned bar in the middle of the establishment that offers a variety of specialty drinks as well as full bar service.

For dining, the area is comprised of open seating in a mix of table tops and cushioned, rounded, Sinatra-style seating. This is a good venue for larger parties, considering how tables can be combined. Everything has a fresh, modern look, and Havana Nights has all the signs of a clean, organized environment, including clean restrooms.

Our service was good, although this particular visit had a few issues, many of which were beyond the control of management. The kitchen was short-staffed, so it took some time to get our food. In addition, the bar was backed up on drink orders. However, our server was attentive, apologetic, and professional and did an excellent job communicating the delays.

The menu offers a wide array of options from which to choose. Having been to Cuban restaurants in Miami, it would be hard to compare menus, but there are several items that follow Cuban tradition. For wings and sauce lovers, I noticed the unique selection of sauces. Of particular note were several items with bison, which is hard to find in the Valley.

Overall, this new restaurant and lounge is a great addition and conveniently located off Three Springs Drive by the hotels and major business district. Prices range moderately. Whether you are a resident or a visitor — and especially to the contractors who stay in area hotels — I recommend you check it out for a refreshing change to your average dining.
